With over twenty years in management in the hotel, fitness and theatre industries, , my background has always been about people: providing first class service, and creating the ideal environment people want to be in ,driven by my exceptional organisational and communication skills.
My very first event, organising a charity ball to raise money for two charities close to my heart, kicked off my love of event planning. The ball became an annual event and a firm date in people’s diaries. I then in 2014 co-founded a new exclusive members club focussed on organising unusual and fun activities which grew to become a catering and event company. In 2021, I left to focus on my new business Events by Lisa.
I work with a talented team of professionals, including florists, musicians, caterers, and photographers, and source the most amazing venues (or create them from a marquee canvas) to deliver a bespoke event as individual as you are.
Over the years I’ve planned bespoke baby showers, christenings, 'special' birthday parties, engagement parties, funeral wakes, and weddings in the UK and abroad. I have worked with many families on multiple events over the years, and most of my clients come to me through recommendations, which is the biggest complement I could hope for.
I'm personally involved in every event, from start to finish, providing you support, advice and ensuring everything is taken care of, so you can relax and enjoy your party. In order to dedicate myself fully to my clients, I only accept a limited number of bookings each year, during this time, I will get to know you to ensure that together we create the perfect event that reflects your personality, your expectations and of course your budget.
When at home!
I love family and with four children aged between 17-22 we always have something to celebrate. My kitchen table was designed to fit 20 people and often it does!
I love Travel, discovering new places, cultures, and food which then often features in my events, I work and play hard… then I go lie on a beach to recover!
I adore bringing friends together, weather at a party at home, on a girls spa weekend or dragging them alone on a 30-mile charity hike!
